This series of masterbatch is suitable for coloring PBT sleeve of optical cable. The carrier resin has excellent compatibility.

This series of products contain special additives, which can effectively reduce the crystal deformation between colors, improve the cooling speed and linear speed, and solve the problem of casing shrinkage. All pigments are carefully selected, will not produce migration in the ointment, and has excellent dispersion.

Color matching with ral and Pantone as color codes, or customized colors for customers. Maximum allowable color difference of tomris standard ∆ e ＜ 1.0

Recommended addition proportion: 1-2%.

Heat resistance (280 ℃): it represents the maximum temperature at which the coloring compound does not change color for 5 minutes.

Light resistance (light stability): light resistance test shall be carried out according to din53388, and classification shall be carried out according to the class 8 Blue wool standard specified in din54003. (Level 1 is the worst, level 8 is the best)

Dispersion: tomris standard ≤ 3 (range 1-5, 1 represents the best, 5 represents the worst)

The product formula does not contain heavy metals, meeting the requirements of RoHS and reach environmental protection.
